Looking for a wholesaler in Pasadena, CA area.
I did driving for dollars the other day and found a place that seemed like a gem in Pasadena, CA. It's owner occupied and extremely run down. It appears to have been owned by the same person for decades. I'm sending out a handwritten letter today. I know the odds aren't great that I'll even get a response. But if I do, I would not know what to do next!
Any experienced wholesaler who would be willing to partner with me if I found a potential deal? I would be happy to split the deal 40% me and 60% you. Just want to have some contacts in my pockets in case things progress.
