Buyers List Tip
I am new here, just getting started in wholesaling. However, I have found a great way to attract buyers to build your list.
One advantage I have is that I am a Realtor. However, for those of you that aren't Realtors, it can't hurt to partner up with one (I'm in Charleston SC if anyone needs a Realtor) :)
I have been running my listings on craigslist, but haven't been getting much action except for A LOT of spam--emails from investor websites that buy houses.
I haven't started contacting them yet, but I am getting a nice collection of buyers. Craigslist is a great tool to sell houses, but it is also a great way to attract investors looking to buy homes.
What is true for home buyers is also true for investors--best way to attract them is with what they want--houses.
