Philadelphia Newbie looking for help running comps

So I have been marketing for the past few weeks and I have been contacted from a few sellers who are looking to sell some properties in the North Philadelphia. I was wondering if there were any real estate agents or experienced brokers who would be willing to work with me to run proper comps with MLS. If it turns out to be a good deal, would you be willing to help me get the property under contract and assign it as well.
