Buyer's List for Vacant Land

Hi,

I have been sending out direct mail targeting vacant rural land. Most of the properties I have gotten so far are quite a bit above my price range or have a structure on them, so I need to find a way to assign these contracts.

Does anybody know how I can go about finding buyers for land specifically? I don't know if landwatch.com allows for wholesaling.

The problem is that I'm working in so many counties across the U.S. that it's a bit harder to network like I could on a local level. I don't know a single person in Lincoln County, Oklahoma, for example!
