Not an Investor but run into people wanting to sell
Hello,
I run a small national company that generates leads for the rental and rent to own market. I have people who visit my site wanting me to buy or help them sell the home they are currently in. I just had one come through in Missouri.
Any advice on how to best service these folks and make a buck in the process. I know very little about wholesaling or how I can get in the middle of the process other than treating them as lead like the other prospects I deal with, but that's why I joined BP.
Thanks,
