Can any BP members give me feedback on wholesaling in Southern Maryland (Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, St. Mary's)? In regards to any experience members have had in the area. I would like to hear from both wholesalers and flippers purchasing wholesale deals. What is the market like for wholesaling in SoMD? Flipping? Not particularly to any type of unit, but most likely will be SFHs in this area.
