Does anyone have a wholesale flex contract? I am attempting to put a contract on a home that was flooded in the recent disaster in Louisiana. She owes more than I am able to offer on the home and the bank is willing to forgive the remaining debt on the home. My mentor in wholesaling says I need to put it on a flex contract so I can market it to investors who will then do a sort of short sale with the bank.
