CASH BUYERS WANTED IN LA COUNTY

I work with a group of investors who currently operate in the LA County area. I currently have some properties under contract and lookingto expand my buyers list as it has been troublesome to do so.

Can the BP community please assist with guidance on their best methods to finding cash buyers please.

Why cash buyers? There are a lot of almost cash buyers.
