Good Day To Everyone,

I wanted to reach out and see if I can get some good advice from the Bigger Pockets family. After months of trying I have finally submitted an offer that was accepted and landed my first property under contract. Now, I am having a bit of trouble looking for buyers. Does anyone know the best method in which I can pursue or find buyers? Any help or advice is appreciated. Thank you everyone.

Best,

Fredy Juarez

Geez. No wonder wholesalers get a bad rep. What did you think you were going to do with it before you got it under contract?

@Jay Hinrichs do you want to chime in on this one?
