Any advice on NetWorth Realty and 212 Loans

Hi Folks - Recently joined BP and this is my first post.

I am looking to buy a rental property and recently came across a wholesale brokerage, NetWorth Realty and their in-house hard money loans, 212 Loans.

Does anyone have any experience with this company and their deals/loans in Austin, TX. Any insight will be very helpful.

They posted a property that seems to be a good buy, but I am nervous because I have never done hard money loans and refi after, so want to make sure I don't get tangled up as I get started in RE investing.

I think Net Worth Realty's deals pretty well suck from the ones that have been sent to me.  I am not familiar with the other company you mentioned, but if their business model is similar I would avoid it.
