I joined BP about 2 weeks ago and I was able to contact about 6 people within the first 2 days. 5 of the 6 people told me they could help me acquire properties at 60 to 70% as long as I purchased $1.0M. I faxed each them an LOI, NCND and my proof of funds. Only one of those people has delivered and that is Brooke Bailey who emailed me 2 offers to sign.

I am OK with others making a commision as long as I can acquire at the price I need to do my rehab and resale on the open market. I was told by several people that 40% is only attainable for large bulks and that my smaller amount would bump me up to 60 or 70%.

I don't want to insult anyone and I will keep the names of those people to myself.

Who are the contacts that can really delilver CA properties to me at 60 to 70%?
