Do you use a website for your Wholesaling Business
I am currently building a website that I hope will grow my business. There will be a forms on the site to get buyer and seller information. Also a page to list my properties. Is anyone else doing this? Any advise on how it should be laid out? Should I have two separate sites one for buyer and one for seller or just combine them like I was planning on doing?

There are a lot of threads on this topic - search can help you find them one or two threads in the past few days.
You will find most recommend 1 site for each purpose - one for buyers - one for sellers etc.....
But you will get your info much quicker if you search.
Also there is a group that focuses on Real Estate Marketing - might want to check that out.
