Buyers List / Bird Doggies

Anyone know of where I can find a good list of Bird dogs/Buyers for the Southern Ca area? I am in trying to upgrade my buyer's list to those investors who want a property here in and around San Diego with positive cash flow. I have a couple of contractors and handymen that keep shooting me address's on properties that just got evicted and seized by the bank.
