Hi, Can anyone help me get standard blank purchase and sale agreement contract for wholesaling in the state of Texas or who do I need to contact in order to acquire these contracts?

I believe that you can use the same contracts that real estate agents use which is a standard purchase and sale agreement by using Google and searching for "texas real estate agent purchase and sale agreement form" without quotes you will probably need either a real estate agent's help or an attorney's. Hopefully someone else here can correct me if I'm wrong. Hope this helps you out.
