Lead Generation

Good Day!

I am currently using Bandit Signs and Yellow letters in my marketing campaign, but looking for a better way to pull leads.

I hear:

1. absentee landlords original mortgage date 1995 and below.

2. Inheritance List

3. Probate

4. Pre-foreclosures original deed date 1999 and below.

Are there any other lead sources or lead generation tools anyone would recommend?

Are you using Listsource or a realtor, or County info?

Thank you for the Help!!

Today I learned about listability.com, realquest.com, why national change of address (NCOA) is important when choosing a list provider, and "horsey letters" mail piece that supposedly gets better response rates than post cards and regular letters. It was in this thread: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/87/topics/339...

Hopefully this will help you a little bit.
