Abandon properties!!

while driving for dollars this morning, I came across a total of 3 properties that haday a "notice of abandonment" letter taped to the front door. I took down the numbers to the companies who left these notices, but what do I do next? Is it even possible for me to get these properties under contract for a wholesale deal?

You probably won't have much luck with the company that posted the notice.  That's probably their only responsibility is to post notices.  However, you might want to go to the county tax website/recorders office to get an address for the property owner.  Then send them a letter.

This is what you do.  Go to the county tax assessor,  find out the owner's name and mailing address.  Send them a letter to that address and also see if you can get their phone number.  Call them,  introduce yourself and tell them what you do.  Ask if they're interested in selling the property for cash and take it from there.
