Need advice/thoughts on working with Wholesale Broker Program??

I came across a company in the Houston area, who offers a brief wholesaling-training session via videos ($250) on how to find the properties, evaluate the property, offer on the property, do the contracts and submit the deal along with providing you ACTIVE Buyers and providing the initial funds needed when a deal is found. It’s a Wholesale Broker Program.I don’t want to name the place…but does anyone have experience working for this sort of operation….or does anyone have general thoughts on working with a place like this.I am ready to act, but still feel like I need someone to hold my hand!!....which is why I am considering this deal.

Since you asked for general thoughts I'll give them.  No one with a truly successful, actionable, repeatable strategy for producing deals would ever spend their time selling this information instead of executing it.  I would suggest you put your energy and resources into getting a deal under your belt rather than finding someone to hold your hand.  I think most people who would hold your hand would do so to distract you while they stole your wallet.  Good luck.
