Hey all,  so I just dove right in to learning everything about Real Estate investing.  I am not searching for a get rich quick scheme at all,  I feel this can really grow to be my livelihood and passion.

However,  I am in a bit of a jam and really need $4,000 in about a month.  As I've researched it seems wholesaling would be the quickest way to do it.  Duly noted that August 20th, I should be fully licensed agent.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to look for the good deals in this area? And Maybe the quickest way to source a buyer.

Thanks :)
