Good Day Everyone,

I am Bart and a new real estate investor. I am eager to get my first wholesale deal done. I live in Brooklyn NY.

My question to the BiggerPockets Community is this.

How can I find Tax Delinquent Properties here in Brooklyn NY. (Kings County)? If using ListSource helps, How to find it from there?

Also If doing foreclosure and/or preforeclosure is the way to go. How far back should I go in time when it comes to selecting a date in the Mortgage Origination Date Section.

One Last Thing, Do I go door to door if I have $0 dollars to do mail out marketing?

Thank You.
