53 Year Old Church - Wholesale Opportunity?
Received a lead today for a 53 year old church building - steeple and all. They are looking for a cash offer and removal of the building from the property.
There is a local company that moves and sells buildings who may be interested. Assuming they haven't already, the church going directly to them might be in their best interest.
My partner and I are new at this and looking for advice. Is there an opportunity here we are not seeing?

Usually when it comes to selling a building to be moved , the building costs around 1 dollar , and moving it cost about $50 grand .
