Hello!

I am a real estate investor from San Francisco and I am looking to connect with wholesalers around the county to find out next rehab project. My team and I have done multiple fix and flips this year so far, so we do have some experience.

We understand the wholesaling process and we can close quickly with cash. Normally we use hard money to fund most of our deals. We are very easy to work with and would love to connect with you wholesalers!

Here are the cities we are interested in:

Sacramento

New Orleans

Tampa

Jacksonville

Miami

San Francisco Bay Area

If you have some wholesale deals in any of these areas please send me a message so that we can connect!

We would love to do business with you!
