Hi all - I'm looking at adding Birmingham, AL as one of my markets for my virtual wholesaling business. 

I'm curious to hear from - and connect with - any BP members currently operating in this market - investors, wholesalers, realtors, etc..

I want to try to get some information on the market conditions and connect with other wholesalers for some JV deals I have in the pipeline.
