Looking To Wholesale in Jacksonville, FL

Hi BP Family!

I need you guys' assistance please...so, I've completed my business plan and will be getting my business license in a couple of weeks. I hope to start marketing soon after. I've been going to a few of the local REI meetings here when I am not working FT, and reading, listening to podcasts, etc. My goal is to find a local investor to assist while getting my own business off the ground (this is not a "solicitation", only stating my action plan, but if anyone needs help, lmk. (-; ). My question is: at what point do the attorneys and website come in? I had planned on doing this once I actually had deals coming in. Is this too soon/late? Also, I hear a lot about having a CRM/Google voice set up. Would you recommend starting this before/after your marketing campaign? Any input is greatly appreciated! I'm trying to apply what I am learning, but don't want to jump the gun too soon. Thanks in advance guys! :-)
