Non refundable cashiers check........to look at property

Good afternoon,

I was following up with a lead last night.  Homeowner is telling me about the house etc. He tells me the house needs a new roof and other details about the house. I then asked if we can set up a meeting to look at the house and the gentlemen stated that I would need to give him a $10K non-refundable cashiers check, just to look at the house.

LOL. Am I missing something here?

Pass.  Tell him to give you a call though if he changes his mind and decides he wants to sell it.
