Closing Costs
I'd really appreciate any insight on how/if closing costs figure into wholesaling. I'm from Chicago so if there is area specific information, two thumbs up! Thanks in advance.

Typically, the buyer that your are wholesaling the house to pays normal closing costs. That should be in your contract.
