$22K Paid to a Wholesaler
For all you newbies out there I just want to show you that wholesaling is a lucrative business. I was the buyer on this transaction and never questioned their fee because the property was offered to me at a price I was very comfortable with. This closed yesterday 7/18/16 on a property in McAllen, TX.

@Rocky V. I'm so glad to hear you said that. Nothing gives me a bigger headache than dealing with a buyer who is getting an amazing deal, and still questions your fees or looks to go around you. Wholesalers spend a lot of time and money on finding deals, regardless of what the gurus tell you. Good post, great motivation for all the newbies!
