Wholesaling in Canada

Hi, I am new to REI and would like to start from wholesaling and get to other RE niches. One at a time:-) My question is to Canadian wholesalers....what are the challenges in doing wholesaling in Canada? Is it possible to do wholesaling in the US as a Canadian? As a newbie what is your advice? There is a wealth of info in BP for all niches except wholesaling unless I am blind to them.

I would like to network with people who are already in wholesaling and also with people who started there and have branched out to other niches.
