Exit strategy
I'm actively looking for wholesale deals and a concern came to mind. What if I can't find a buyer for my properties how to I get out of the deal ethically sound but with the least amount of loss? What exit strategies have some of you tried? How did they work out and if they didn't work out what would you have done differently?
