What's up BP, I'm relatively new to bigger pockets aka as of today. I'm in Sacramento, more specifically Roseville,Ca and wanted to hear some success stories of wholesale deals done in California! I'm looking to get my first wholesale done within the next few months and a nice place such as this with likeminded folks would be great place to absorb of some that motivation and success.
