Hey guys, I’ve posted an introduction to BP before however it’s been a long time since then. I’m closing the end of my school year where I will hopefully land A lucrative position relevant to my field of study that can fund real estate investing in the future.  I’d like to know if people have been in the same boat and where they’d recommend that first investment.

What's up BP, I'm relatively new to bigger pockets aka as of today. I'm in Sacramento, more specifically Roseville,Ca and wanted to hear some success stories of wholesale deals done in California! I'm looking to get my first wholesale done within the next few months and a nice place such as this with likeminded folks would be great place to absorb of some that motivation and success. Thanks in advance!
