I Just Bought A New Listsource List So I Can Send Yellow Letters To

I Targeted Absentee Owners

Out Of State

With Last Market Dates From 1980-2002

I Decided To Look Up A Few Of The Adresses In The List To Get An Idea Of What I Will Be Looking At

It Seems Most Of These Are Like  Really Really Nice Properties

& So I Had Thought The Properties Would Be At Least A Little Run Down

It Looks Like It Would Be Really Tought To Get Any Kind Of Discount Here

Anyone Here Wholesale Houses Like These That Have Absoulutely No Problem

I Dont Mind MakingAnother List

If That Would Be Better,What Kind Of List Should I Make To Find Motivated Sellers?

Hope My Questions Make Sense 👨🏽

Thanks
