Are there certain times of year that are better for marketing
I am curious for people who wholesale in markets that have harsh winters do you market more or less in winter? Here in Michigan we actually have an uptick in purchase prices of properties in the early fall because inventory goes way down but then during winter sale prices go stagnant. I was curious to see if anybody that wholesales gets more callbacks during the winter or less than in the spring or summer.
