Newbie ready to hit the ground running but I do need a mentor!

Just fired the other day, I have decided to hit the ground running. I dwell in NYC and do require assistance in commercial space (several around me with realtors attached) and also my niche would be SFH, duplexs/triplexs and multi unit buildings. I have a lot to offer and will not give up.
