Wholesaling in Cleveland Ohio
Hello, I'm a newbie when it comes to RE investing, and I'm getting ready to wholesale my first property which is a commercial/multifamily unit(5 units). I've been reading a lot about wholesaling, and I feel like I'm ready but just not sure on a few things. I keep hearing wholesaling is illegal in Ohio; is that true, has anyone else heard that? Do I need a RE attorney to review my contracts? Who pays closing, or is that something I discuss with buyer? Any insight on how things will and should go is appreciated. As I mentioned this is my first wholesale deal, and although I've been reading and researching, there's nothing like feedback from others who are experienced.
