Hi, 

Does anyone know an investor friendly (does assignments, double closing etc) near savannah, ga? Also I have a wholesale a-b contract, assignment agreement, and b-c contract, but I wanted to see if disclosures are required as well e.g., lead based paint, radon, etc) as with traditional r.e. commission form requirements.
