How to wholesale with no money down

I am new to the REI but I wanna know some wholesaling strategies with no money down that I could utilize or use as a blueprint for investing.

@Dustin Hasan and @James Austin if you really want a "Free" Marketing technique try driving for dollars. Look for **** properties, write down the address and call your local city circuit court and have them bring up the owner's name and address WHERE THEY LIVE NOT THE VACANT PROPERTY and then spend a few bucks for a card and stamps and send them a letter and see what happens. It helped me a lot when I did not have a lot of money for marketing. It also helps you learn more about your area I still do it all the time even though I use direct mail.
