Hey everyone, My name is Brian. I'm wondering if any of you more experienced wholesalers would be interested in scheduling a 15 min phone call where we could chat about getting started, financing, looking for deals, etc. I'm interested in jumping in on real estate wholesaling. I'm a second year law student, working a summer internship but have time on my hands and thought maybe this would be a good thing to get some money on the side. I've read plenty of literature on real estate investing over the years, and just recently began thinking of wholesaling as a great way to have a second cash flow. Please let me know if you'd be willing to have a phone conversation about getting started. I'm in AZ for the summer, going to school in TX, and unfamiliar with the market. Thanks in advance Brian
