Rehab estimate and investor anaylsis

Is there a market for working with investors to provide rehab estimates and investor anaylsis? I have an extensive estimating background using professional estimating software and also have my real estate license to help me determine ARV for the property. Would you as a wholesaler, house flipper, long-term rental, etc use a service like this? The estimates would be very detailed with photo's showing the work that would need to be completed and the investor anaylsis would be similiar to the calculator used here on BiggerPockets. Any feedback would be appreciated!
