Marketing to a House Owned in Trust
So I just got my first list of addresses back after driving for dollars. Out of 40 addresses I have 5 that have different tax addresses than the property address and 3 that are registered under a trust. Otherwise they all appear to be owner occupants.
My question is:
out of the trusts, 2 of them have separate addresses and 1 is the same address as the property. Do I market to any of these 3, or do I take them off my list? If I keep them on can someone suggest any changes to the copy to help improve the chances of getting a response? Anything else I need to consider with this list, or specifically with the houses held in trust?
Thanks,
Matt
