Can you wholesale a house after buying from a wholesale?

I'm a real estate investor starting out with almost no capital up front and trying to earn cash fast so I can hopefully obtain some fix and flips within my first year! I've been doing tons of research and seem to find that the best route for someone like myself is to begin with wholesale! In order to make a quick profit, is it in good practice to get a property under contract from a wholesale seller, and sell it for just a small profit to another investor (so basically wholesaling it to a new end buyer?) Thanks!!
