Co-Wholesaling Advice - Dallas Area

Hello BP, I am looking into doing a co-wholesaling with someone.  Trying to find out if anyone out there who's done a deal(s) would be willing to discuss how you went about the logistics (deciding who would do what, written agreement, distribution of payment, how you found a partner, etc.).  Looking to talk/meet with someone in the Dallas or surrounding suburbs.  Coffee/lunch/phone chat?  We can work something out.  I am trying to get things going with my business and I've come to realize that I am not able to do everything myself at the moment.

Would love to hear your success story.
