Online Wholesaling

Hello all,

I am fairly new to real estate and am looking to achieve some sort of vertical integration within my current scope of work. I live in Arlington, TX and am looking to wholesale both in the DFW and in Central Texas where I have some connections who are constantly looking for deals.

With the desire to start fully integrating a flipping business, my initial question when it comes to online wholesaling is this.

What is the best way to get started online wholesaling?

I work a day job and don't necessarily have the freedom to go and find foreclosures, distressed sellers, etc. but have access to search and find deals during the day.

Any info to help me get started would be awesome

I hired a "bird dog" in a small town in my area where rentals are hot. $20 for each property but it has to have all current contact info and I won't go over 20 properties each week. $100 bucks extra for each that closes. This helps with the quality of leads they bring me. I still work my day job but I can answer the phone if need be. Easy money for a college student. I ran around with them one weekend to show how to find what I am looking for. I've closed on 3 properties in 2 months doing this so it can work if you find the right person. Hope this helps!
