Taking a property OFF the MLS after purchase agreement?

I'm working with someone who owns a home outright with no mortgage. She decided to go with me to sell the house. It's currently listed on the MLS on multiple websites. How do I get this property off those sites so my buyers list doesn't see them with their current prices?
