So I am new to real estate and wholesaling (I work with a wholesale business that acquires new properties) and am in the Central Florida area. 

What are some tips you would give a newbie to being successful?

What do you wish you had done earlier when first starting rather than learning the hard way (finding investments, tips for finding buyers, ect)?  THANK YOU FOR THE HELP & TIPS!
