Expired MLS
hey guys , I've recently gotten my hands on a expired MLS list. I understand there is some potential leads in this list so I want to contract the owners of the properties. I search public records to try to find the names but some counties charge you to access that information . Should I just market to the adresses of the houses being sold? Is that enough? How do you guys do it? Thanks in advanced !
