I just wanted to know how much success people have had wholesaling in Southern California? I am currently working on executing my first wholesale deal in the Raleigh/Durham area in NC but will be going back to Southern California for a few months. I have never attempted to wholesale in Southern California, so if anyone has had success wholesaling in Southern California please let me know. I would love to hear about your success, as I would like to expand my business out west.
