Redemption period sale
Hi, I received a call today from one of my direct mail campaigns. The gentleman told that his house was foreclosed and he has a redemption period till 06/05/2016. The house was sold on auction for 120K. He said he wanted to redeem for 125-127K, basically make extra 5-7k. From his description he lost the house already but he is looking to make a quick buck on the property he will not own. Any thoughts and comments on the situation are appreciated.

Yeah, tell him he's a jerk for trying to get you to steal a house from another family using a law that shouldn't exist! I wouldn't give him the time of day let alone $7,000 to take a property from someone who has won a legitimate auction.Tell him to get a job and pay his bills next time.
