Skip Tracing / Marketing Question

We're doing some skiptracing on a new batch of leads and our VA is getting the phone numbers, but the majority of them are landline numbers. We are primarily looking for mobile numbers to send them a slydail message. Does anyone have any marketing strategy to skiptrace for cell phone numbers.
