Looking for wholesaler in Springfield, illinois

I am in the middle of selling a single family home in California that I will 1031 into one or more properties in Springfield Illinois.  I am looking for either single family 3 bed/2 bath homes in the Chatham school district that need anywhere from no to minor to major cosmetic work.  The deal would have to be sweeter for me to do the major cosmetic work.  How would I go about finding someone to talk to about wholesaling properties for me?
