Listing a Wholesale Deal On The MLS... (MI)
Hi,
I am new to wholesaling and just about to get the ball rolling. Done my research, have my plan, looking forward to the challenge!
The final question(s) that I could not find the answers to are...
If I got a distressed property under contract am I allowed to list it on the MLS?
If so would it have to be only to cash buyers or could it also be to retail buyers that I have pre-approved?
Would you recommend I use a REA to sell or FSBO flat fee listing?
Really appreciate any thoughts or comments!
Thanks!
